, (AP) -- Jean Carlos Soto had two hits and scored two runs as the DSL Mets2 topped the DSL Cardinals Red 9-8 in the second game of a doubleheader on Wednesday.

Jefferson Escorcha got Joyser Garcia to fly out with runners on first and second to end the game for his fourth save of the season.

Trailing 2-0, DSL Mets2 batted around in the second inning, sending 14 batters to the plate and scoring nine runs, including three RBI each from Eulises Sanchez and Eliam Arias.

After DSL Cardinals Red added two runs in the third on a double by Adanson Cruz, the DSL Cardinals Red cut into the deficit with four runs in the sixth inning, including a wild pitch and a single that scored Claudio Ramirez and Luis Andujar.

Johan Armado (1-0) got the win in relief while DSL Cardinals Red starter Luis Ortiz (1-2) took the loss in the Dominican Summer League game.
