, (AP) -- Kevin Noriega hit a solo home run in the fifth inning, leading the DSL D-backs1 to a 4-2 win over the DSL Blue Jays in the second game of a doubleheader on Wednesday. With the victory, the DSL D-backs1 swept the short two-game series.

Gabriel Vilera allowed a run, but got Rainer Nunez to fly out with runners on first and third to end the game for his first save of the season.

The home run by Noriega gave the DSL D-backs1 a 2-1 lead.

The DSL D-backs1 later tacked on two runs in the sixth when Jose Reyes hit an RBI single and then scored on a forceout to secure the victory.

DSL Blue Jays saw its comeback attempt come up short after Alberto Rodriguez hit an RBI single, driving in Jose Zepeda in the seventh inning to cut the DSL D-backs1 lead to 4-2.

Jhairon Leal (1-0) got the win in relief while DSL Blue Jays starter Lazaro Estrada (0-3) took the loss in the Dominican Summer League game.

The DSL D-backs1 swept both games of the doubleheader after winning the first game 3-0.
