Dems looking for justice, respect in wrong places

Thursday, December 13, 2018

For years the post on the trunks of local law enforcement vehicles read, "Protect and Serve." Great. Law enforcement has a difficult duty, one in which we support them 100 percent.

The broadcast media is paid to talk, and talk they do. The print media is paid to print and use mucho gallons of ink, and they do. We sent a message to the Democrats, the media, our nation and the world in November 2016 when we elected a president and chief executive officer to be president of the United States of America, the world's greatest nation and business. Yes, the U.S. is a business and it’s a businessman we elected. "Bring it in early and under budget" is what we said.

The Democrats shall never move forward until they do several things, one of which is to stop blaming others for their shortcomings and hard-leftist tilt in life. I saw a sticker on a local vehicle which read: "We want justice and respect." Wow! What a great goal in life. We all get, or should get, justice in our courthouses, and as for respect, one must earn that by one's civility and conduct.

Have a merry and holy Christmas in the Christian nation we worked to build, fought and died to protect, and live in.
